   You may return an item for a refund within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. When you return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your return.

BY ORDERING YOU AGREE WITH THESE PURCHASE TERMS
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

I understand that by ordering products under the Automatic Delivery System (ADS), I am agreeing to get my products delivered to the original address in my order, without having to pay shipping and handling ever. I understand that unless I cancel by email or calling 1-888-946-3079, my credit card will automatically be charged the original price of the product that I ordered every 30, 45 or 60 days. Every time, the products will be shipped to the address I provided at the time of enrollment unless I change my address over the phone or via e-mail.
I understand that I may cancel or delay any future shipments by calling 1-888-946-3079 Monday through Friday. Our hours of operation are from 8am to 4pm PST. You can leave a message and your request will be process accordingly. You can also send us an e-mail to: contact@redwinetherapy.com. Please include your Full Name, Zip Code and Order Number in any communication with us, to expedite your request.
Even though We DO accept returns on any products that have been already shipped, we prefer not to send them in the first place, to protect our products from heat and sun exposure. We will make an effort to remind you 10 days prior your next shipment that a new supply of your product will be sent through your ADS program.
